Welland Supplies prospered until it was sold to a PLC in 2003. This followed a period of stagnation, and the business was sold in 2009 to its present owner (a proven business turnaround specialist).

Since then, despite the recession and other challenges, the business has continued to grow and prosper with 2019 looking to be another record year.
